First of all, KNOW your topic, and you won’t have to center yourself. You are ALWAYS centered. I sleep and eat hypnotism, nuero linguistic programming, and psychology. I WANT to help others in any way that I can, and God centers me, all the time, in every way, without exceptions. My sole desire in life is to help as many as I can before I go to the next life. Now on the topic of regression, you will get many thoughts. I should write an Ebook on that topic. I will have a lot of Ebooks in the near future on many topics, as they relate to NLP and Hypnotism. Inexpensive and GOOD.

Me too! I love this site… What’s that! oh yeah! It is my site. That’s true. Perhaps that why I like it so much. The idea is to make information available and informative ALL the time. Honest, True, no agenda, no hidden products to sell, not hired by anyone yet, and just honest down to earth info. I would love people to ask specific questions. I could answer them. Neat concept, huh! Ask?!!!!

First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Many thanks!
